Accommodations
Blocks of rooms have been set aside for the AESS at the below lodging loctions. Rooms must be booked through the AESS conference registration site since conference services is coordinating the lodging lists.
Prices listed below are guaranteed only if rooms are reserved via the Conference Registration Website.
ADDING A ROOM/CHANGES/CANCELATION: All accommodation additions and changes must be made through Conference Services (AESS@union.wisc.edu). DO NOT call the individual hotels.
Cancellations: All reservation cancellations must be communicated in writing to Conference Services, (AESS@union.wisc.edu) no later than Monday, September 7, 2009 or participant will be charged the full amount.

The suites all have a view of the Capitol Building. They start on the 4th floor, and go up to the 9th floor. In the bedroom area (which is what faces the Capitol) there is a king or queen bed & a vanity/sink outside of the bathroom, and then attached to this there is a living room/parlor area. (there is a door that separates the bedroom from the living room) In the living room there is a sofa (which pulls out into a sofa sleeper), a TV, small refrigerator and work desk.
