Poster Information

Poster Sessions
The poster session will take place on Saturday, October 10th from 4:45pm - 6:00pm in the Main Lounge. Posters may be set-up beginning on Saturday, October 10th at 8:00am and must be removed by 9:00pm.

Please note: Your poster number will be listed in the program when you arrive. You can also view your poster number on the full schedule.

Poster board dimensions are: 3'8" (1.1 meters) high x 5'7" (1.7 meters) wide. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.
