Poster Abstract Information

Poster schedule: All posters will remain up from the start of the first full day (Thursday, June 23) until the conclusion of the last poster session (Saturday, June 25 at 2 pm). Posters can be set up Thursday morning beginning at 7 am. There will be three poster sessions, one Thursday evening, one Friday evening, and one Saturday over lunch. To determine when you should stand by your poster and present it to conference attendees:
Find your abstract in the abstract book; your poster number is the number it is assigned in this book, NOT the number it was assigned when you originally submitted it.

All posters with ODD numbers will be presented on Thursday evening.

All posters with EVEN numbers will be presented on Friday evening.

The poster session on Saturday over lunch will be a "free for all". This will be plenty of time to look at all the posters, or stand by your own if you feel you need more time for discussions. Poster board dimensions are: 5'7" (5 feet, 7 inches/1.7 meters) wide x 3'8" (3 feet, 8 inches/1.1 meters) high- each side of which is shared by two presenters. Therefore, each poster must be a maximum of 2 ft. 8 in. wide (0.813 meters) by 3 ft. 8 in. high (1.118 meters), i.e., portrait orientation. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.

Oral Abstracts & Info

Audiovisual Equipment
All conference rooms for oral presentations (including workshops) will have laptop computers and video projectors. Speakers should bring PowerPoint presentation files saved on an USB Flash Memory Drive. Presentations will be copied to computers provided by conference staff prior to your session. Both PC and Mac computers will be available for use in all presentation rooms. The version of PowerPoint used to save the file is important. The highest quality projection will occur with files saved in Power Point 2007 format for PC's and Keynote for Macs. Older versions of PowerPoint may be unable to open and download or result in lower quality images of reduced size.

An oral presentation preview room will be available during the conference. Details will be sent to those selected for oral presentations
