The Wisconsin Union Directorate (WUD) Art Committee is hosting their annual Fall Student Art Sale and invites all student artists to sell their artwork! You pick the prices; we’ll sell it. Any type of artwork is welcomed (prints, jewelry, stationary, clothes, sculpture . . . anything!).

Here’s the info:

Drop off your work on Monday, November 12 and Tuesday, November 13 from 12:30-6:00pm in the Porter Butts Gallery (2nd floor, Memorial Union). You price your own work and get to keep the profits*. Your work should be ready to sell when you drop it off (framed, wired, etc. and clearly priced with stickers). Each piece must be clearly labeled with its own inventory number. Please print out an Artist Submission Form or come pick one up in Room 507 Memorial Union Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm. All unsold artwork must be picked up between 5 and 7pm on Friday, November 16.

The sale begins Wednesday, November 14 from 11am-6pm, continuing Thursday, November 15 (11am-6pm) and ending Friday, November 16 from 11am-3pm in the Porter Butts Gallery (2nd floor, Memorial Union).

*The Union Galleries will take a 20% commission on all sales that will go towards the student artwork purchasing fund.

Questions? Please email co-coordinators Emily Quinlan (ecquinlan@wisc.edu) or Christina Haapapuro (haapapuro@wisc.edu) or call Art Committee Director Christie Wilmot at 262-7592.
