Prices listed below are guaranteed only if rooms are reserved via the Conference Registration Website.

Changes: All accommodation changes must be made through Conference Services (decon07@union.wisc.edu). Do not call the individual hotels.

Cancellations:  All reservation cancellations must be communicated in writing to Conference Services, (decon07@union.wisc.edu) no later than Friday, April 13, 2007or participant will be charged the full amount.


Best Western Inn Towner
2424 University Avenue, Madison, WI 53726
Single Occupancy: $84.00 per night
Double Occupancy: $47.00 per person, per night

The Best Western Inn Towner is located on the western edge of the UW campus, in downtown Madison. It is approximately 2 miles away from the Memorial Union. The hotel houses 176 non-smoking guest rooms and suites, each including private bathrooms. Complimentary shuttle service is offered to and from the airport as well as to and from the meeting site. Complimentary on-site parking is also included.

Included with every room are the following services/facilities/amenities: In-room coffeemaker, ironing board and iron, remote control satellite television, Alarm clock radio, phone with modem hookup, voice mail message system, personal amenities, oversized bath towels, Elroy Hirsch indoor pool and Solarium, fitness room, hot tub, game room, soda and ice machine on each floor, daily dry cleaning service (Monday-Friday), Avis car rental pickup and delivery, cocktail lounge, Pauline's Pastries, serving Steep and Brew coffee, Francis Casual Cafe open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, daily room service, and fax services.


University House Towers

Private Suite (one person in suite): $34.00 per night
Shared Suite (two people in suite): $17.00 per person, per night

University House Towers located just blocks from Wisconsin Union. Each suite has two separate bedrooms, but share a private restroom and a common living area. Each bathroom door has a lock, but the common areas do not. To view a floor plan, please see the "Shared Suite" layout at http://www.uhtowers.com/floorplans.asp. Each suite is equipped with kitchens complete with refrigerator, microwave, sink and table and chairs. All rooms are air-conditioned and include bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels and wash cloths. University House Towers has a customer service/front desk open until 12:00 midnight, laundry facilities and vending machines. University House Towers is a smoke free environment.

Staying at University House Towers offers you the comforts of home while you are away! Begin your day with a hot meal. We offer everything from pancakes and bacon to eggs to order. There is always something for everyone! Feel free to bring your laptop with you; you will be able to connect to the internet from your room. And if there happens to be a little “down-time” during your stay, don’t worry! There is no shortage of things to do in Madison. University House Towers is located on State Street where everything is a short distance away.

Parking is not available with your accommodations. Parking permits should be ordered through the Wisconsin Union when registering for the conference


The Dahlmann Campus Inn

Double Occupancy: $65.00 per person, per night

The Dahlmann Campus Inn is located on the University of Wisconsin campus in the heart of downtown Madison (2 blocks from the meeting site). This newly renovated boutique style inn is centrally located to both the Memorial Union and State Street (Madison’s thriving shopping and restaurant district). Rooms are beautifully decorated and feature either one king or two double beds and a private bath, complete with tub and shower. Complimentary on-site parking is included.

Included with every room are the following services/facilities/amenities: continental breakfast, in-room safes, DVD players, non-smoking rooms, clothing steamers, hair dryers, cable television, DSL or dual phone lines, cocktail lounge and a fitness center.


Lowell Hall

Single Occupancy: $77.00 per night
Double Occupancy: $43.50 per person, per night
The Lowell Inn and Conference Center has 79 recently redecorated overnight guest rooms. Guests may have the choice of rooms with two European double beds or one queen bed. Most rooms are non-smoking but some smoking rooms are available upon request. Overnight guests receive complimentary breakfast in our dining area. Complimentary parking (one car per guest room) is available in nearby lots.


University Inn

Single Occupancy: $89.00 per night
Double Occupancy: $49.50 per person, per night


The University Inn is located in the heart of State Street. Each room contains a private bathroom and cable TV. Most single rooms come with a king sized bed, and most double rooms have queen sized beds. Over the span of the past two years, facilities have been renovated in step-wise fashion. At present, all rooms contain new carpeting, wallpaper, heating and air conditioning units, curtains, and bedding. All rooms include complimentary high speed internet access.  Please note!  This hotel is located directly on State Street and may be noisy at night.

Included with every room are the following services/facilities/amenities: complementary continental breakfast, free parking, small refrigerators are available upon request for guests staying with us over extended periods of time, hair dryers and irons which are available anytime needed at the front desk. Also available are toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, and other personal items, offered at no additional charge.
