Sponsorship and Exhibitor Information

The BMRA is currently seeking sponsors and exhibitors for this event. Sponsoring or exhibiting at this event will give your organization exposure to industry and government leaders on deconstruction, construction and renovation waste management, and building materials reuse and recycling. Three levels of sponsorship provide the following:

Heartpine Level ($5,000)

• Two Exhibit Area Booth Spaces*
• 5 Conference Registrations
• Logo and weblink on website
• Recognition in all conference materials (agenda, mail-outs, flyers, etc.)

Chestnut Level ($3,000)

• One Exhibit Area Booth Space*
•  3 Conference Registrations
• Logo and weblink on website
• Recognition in all conference materials (agenda, mail-outs, flyers, etc.)

Oak Level ($1,500)

• One Exhibit Area Booth Space*
• 2 Conference Registrations
• Logo on website
• Recognition in all conference materials (agenda, mail-outs, flyers, etc.)

Exhibitor ($500)

• One Exhibit Area Booth Space*
• 1 Conference Registration
• Listing in exhibitors information

Continental Breakfast Sponsor (2 at $1,500 each)

• Oak Level Sponsorship + Signage/Recognition at Breakfast

Luncheon Sponsor (2 at $3,000 each)

• Chestnut Level Sponsorship + Signage/Recognition at Luncheon

Social Reception Sponsor (Call for Details)

*One booth space is a standard 8’ folding table, chair, skirting for table, and a reasonable area around the table. Note that the conference will take place on the upper floors of the University Memorial Union. There is no freight elevator, only stairs or a standard passenger elevator, so heavier or larger items may be difficult to accommodate. Call if you have questions and we can get more specific information to help you with your exhibit.

Presentation Submission Deadline: Friday, January 5, 2007 at 11:59 PM, EST
Lodging reservations (via registration site): Friday, April 13, 2007
Payments: All charges must be paid in full by Friday, April 13, 2007. After this date, any changes and/or additions must be paid in full at the time of the change.
