On-Site Registration for Conference
Registration and check-in will occur in the Annex Room, 2nd floor of the Memorial Union, from 7am – 7pm on Monday, May 14, 2007. Registration will continue the following days from 7:30 am – 7:00 pm in the Annex Room of the Memorial Union (across from the Main Lounge).
Payment Information
Unpaid balances must be paid in full by Friday, April 13, 2007. If you fail to do so, your registration may be subject to cancellation. All forms of payment must be in US dollars. If your organization is tax exempt, the University of Wisconsin tax identification number is: 39-1805963.
CREDIT CARDS: Participants paying via credit card must submit payment of their registration fee at the time of registration. To make additional payments, please go to the Payment Link.
PURCHASE ORDERS: Participants paying via an institutional Purchase Order will receive an invoice, which they should forward to the appropriate financial personnel for prompt payment no later than Friday, April 13, 2007. Checks can be made payable to: The Wisconsin Union-BMRA. Personal checks are not accepted.
INVOICES: To print an invoice, please have your registration number ready and go to Get Invoice.
VISA Requests
To request a conference invitation letter, please send an email to decon07@union.wisc.edu. Please also include your conference registration number with the request. You must first register for the conference and refunds will be awarded if a visa could not be granted.
Cancellations
Wisconsin Union Conference Services must receive cancellation notification in writing (decon07@union.wisc.edu) no later than Friday, April 13, 2007. After this date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation notification is received on or before Friday, April 13, 2007, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $100.00 handling fee.

Payments: All charges must be paid in full by Friday, April 13, 2007. After this date, any changes and/or additions must be paid in full at the time of the change.
