Ala Carte Beverages
Gourmet Coffee and Tea Service Madison-based Johnson Brothers provides us with our fresh and flavorful small batch roasted organic, fair-trade coffees. We offer it to you by the gallon with all the accompaniments. Additionally, we offer hot water by the gallon with a selections of fine pekoe and herbal teas with all the accompaniments. Note: Each gallon will yield approximately ten 12oz cups. Please specify the quantity of regular and decaf coffee when you order. We will provide hot water for 20% of your total coffee service and additional tea/hot water may be purchased at $12.95 per gallon with 10 tea bags. For example, if you order 5 gallons of coffee, you will receive 1 gallon of hot water with 10 complimentary tea bags.	$19.95/gallon

Off Premise Catering: Most menu items can be catered off-premise. The sponsor, however, must provide tables and chairs as well as a food staging area with running water and electricity. WI Union Catering provides china ($2.50 per person for receptions, $3.50 per person for buffet dinners, $4.50 per person for full plated dinners), linens, and service.

There will be a $20.00 delivery fee for 'on-campus' deliveries. Please consult your event planner for 'off-campus' delivery fees.
