Pizza The following pizza options include pizzas and disposable service only.

Beverages
Gourmet Coffee and Tea Service Madison-based Johnson Brothers Coffee provides us with our fresh and flavorful small batch roasted organic, fair trade coffees. We offer it to you by the gallon with all the accompaniments. Hot water with a selection of fine pekoe and herbal teas are provided complimentary with any coffee order. Note: Each gallon will yield approximately ten 12oz cups. Please specify the quantity of regular and decaf coffee when you order. We will provide hot water for 20% of your total coffee service and additional tea/hot water may be purchased at $12.95 per gallon with 10 tea bags. For example, if you order 5 gallons of coffee, you will receive 1 gallon of hot water with 10 complimentary tea bags.	$22.95/gallon

*Cold beverages can be offered on a “pay per use” basis (except for Union Citrus Raspberry Punch). We will provide an ample assortment of all cold beverages and you pay for only what is used during your event.

Off Premise Catering
Most menu items can be catered off-premise. The sponsor, however, must provide tables and chairs as well as a food staging area with running water and electricity. WI Union Catering provides china ($3.00 per person for receptions, $4.00 per person for buffet dinners, $4.50 per person for full plated dinners), linens, and service.

There will be a $25.00 delivery fee for ‘on-campus’ deliveries. Please consult your event planner for ‘off-campus’ delivery fees.
