Timeline and Payment Information

Timeline:

3-4 months prior to the event:
Tasting should take place, if interested (see tastings).
2-3 months prior to the event: Meet with a catering coordinator to discuss event specifics. (You are provided one complimentary meeting with a catering wedding coordinator; any additional meetings will be billed to your reception reservation at $50/hour.)
2 weeks prior to the event: Confirm food orders via phone or email to your Wisconsin Union wedding coordinator.
5 business days prior to the event: Confirm final guest count, room setups and audiovisual equipment via phone or email to your Wisconsin Union wedding coordinator. After this, the wedding coordinator will provide you with your final reservation information and room diagram for your final review.

Payment:
The Wisconsin Union accepts personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. Payment in full will be collected at the end of the event by either the manager on duty or the bartender. You will receive a copy of the itemized bill.

*Although a credit card may be on file it is not assumed that this will be the method of payment.
