Accommodations

Prices listed below are guaranteed only if rooms are reserved via the Conference Registration Website.

Changes: All accommodation changes must be made through Conference Services (ceaging@union.wisc.edu).  Do not call the individual hotels.

Cancellations:  All reservation cancellations must be communicated in writing to Conference Services (ceaging@union.wisc.edu) no later than Monday, June 23 or participant will be charged the full amount.


Towers
University
House Towers

Single Occupancy: $40.00 per night
Double Occupancy: $20.00 per person, per night


University House Towers is located on Madison’s popular State Street, just blocks from the Wisconsin Union.  The University House Towers offer you single suites with private bathrooms and shared suites with a shared bathroom. Each suite is equipped with kitchenettes complete with refrigerator, microwave, sink and table and chairs. Each bedroom is equipped with bed, dresser, desk, desk lamp and desk chair. All suites are air-conditioned, wired for internet connection and include bed linens. Our bed linens include a pillow, sheets, blanket and a set of towels. University House Towers has an emergency on call person available, laundry facilities and vending machines. University House Towers is a smoke free environment.

Parking is not available with your accommodations.  Parking permits should be ordered through Conference Services when registering for the conference.

The Best Western InnTowner is located on the western edge of the UW campus, in downtown Madison. It is approximately 2 miles away from the meeting site. The hotel houses 176 non-smoking guest rooms and suites, each including private bathrooms. Complimentary shuttle service is offered to and from the airport as well as to and from the meeting site. Complimentary on-site parking is also included.

Included with every room are the following services/facilities/amenities:  Free High Speed Wireless Internet, In-room coffeemaker, ironing board and iron, Cable Television with HBO, Alarm clock radio, voice mail message system, personal amenities, oversized bath towels, Indoor pool, whirlpool, and Solarium, fitness room, soda and ice machine on each floor, daily dry cleaning service (Monday-Friday), Avis car rental on-site, The Market - open 24/7, Francie's Casual Cafe open for breakfast, The Bar - open evenings for food and cocktails, daily room service and fax services.



University Inn

Double Occupancy: $52.00 per person, per night

The University Inn is located in the heart of State Street, just blocks from the meeting site. Each room contains a private bathroom and cable television. Most single rooms come with a king sized bed, and most double rooms have queen sized beds. Over the span of the past two years, facilities have been renovated in step-wise fashion. At present, all rooms contain new carpeting, wallpaper, heating and air conditioning units, curtains and bedding. All rooms include complimentary high speed internet access.  Please note!  This hotel is located directly on State Street and may be noisy at night.

Included with every room are the following services/facilities/amenities: free parking, small refrigerators are available upon request, hair dryers and irons which are available anytime needed at the front desk. Also available are toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, and other personal items, offered at no additional charge.



The Dahlmann Campus Inn and Chancellor's Club

Double Occupancy: $70.00 per person, per night

The Dahlmann Campus Inn and Chancellor's Club is located next to the University of Wisconsin campus in the heart of downtown Madison - less than two blocks from the meeting site. The entire hotel is non-smoking and features access to the exclusive Chancellor's Club serving complimentary Continental Breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres, desserts, coffee and tea. The Chancellor's Club also offers top shelf cocktails, wines and gourmet sandwiches. This cozy European-style boutique inn is also centrally located to State Street (Madison’s thriving shopping and restaurant district).

The following amenities are complimentary: Continental breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, desserts, coffee or tea, turn-down service, high-speed internet, cable television, hair dryers, clock radios, clothing steamers, irons and ironing boards, dual phone lines, fitness center, round trip transportation from Dane County regional airport (via Madison Taxi) and on-site parking.
