Sponsor & Exhibitor Information
Three levels of corporate sponsorship and exhibition space are available. Detailed arrangements or inquiries should be made by directly contacting the local organizer (Ahna Skop; skop@wisc.edu). Payment will be made directly to the Conference Services office (CeAging@union.wisc.edu). If you wish to have your company logo included in the Abstract Book (Option I below), your logo must be communicated to Conference Services by Monday, June 2, 2008.
All meeting participants, including corporate sponsors and exhibitors, must register via the web registration form. Standard conference registration includes: (i.) attending all sessions, breaks, lunches, receptions and dinners, (ii.) receiving one abstract book, (iii.) receiving a list of meeting participants, and (iv.) being assigned display space of one poster board (3'8" x 5'7") for two days if (and only if) an Abstract is submitted. OPTION I: Meeting Sponsor: $2,500
A company logo will be included prominently as an CeAging 2008 Meeting Sponsor in the Abstract Book and during the opening session of the meeting. Exhibition space of one 6-foot table will be provided (if requested) in one of the Poster Rooms for the entire length of the conference. The specific location of exhibition space will be chosen in advance, by each exhibitor, based on the order in which payment is received by Conference Services. Information regarding shipping and set-up will be mailed to sponsors after April 28, 2008
OPTION II: Meeting Exhibitor: $1,500
Exhibition space of one 6-foot table will be provided in one of the Poster Rooms for the entire length of the conference. The specific location of exhibition space will be chosen in advance, by each exhibitor, based on the order in which payment is received by Conference Services. Exhibitors choosing Option I (Meeting Sponsor) will have first priority in choosing exhibit locations. Information regarding shipping and set-up will be mailed to exhibitors after April 28, 2008
OPTION III: Poster Session Sponsor: (see local organizer Ahna Skop; skop@wisc.edu) for pricing info.
Refreshments will be provided to all attendees during all Poster Sessions. Refreshments consist of cold and hot drinks, cookies or muffins, fruit, etc. Poster Session Sponsors will have a placard prominently displayed beside the refreshments indicating "Refreshments Courtesy of <Your Company Name>". A company logo can also be included on each placard.
Payment
Exhibitors must reserve space and send payment in advance. Please use the Corporate Sponsorship Form. Exhibit space will be assigned in the order in which payment is received. Meeting Sponsors may place a company logo in the Abstract book, but this logo must be received in the Conference Services office by Monday, June 2, 2008.
