Poster Information

Poster board dimensions: 3'8" (1.1 meters) high x 5'7" (1.7 meters) wide. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.

Poster presenters will be required to attend their posters for one evening session. The poster area will be open 24 hours a day beginning at 8:00 am, Monday, June 30th, until Wednesday morning, July 2nd (see Conference Schedule for room locations). Posters may be mounted on boards beginning at 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 29th, and must be removed by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, July 2nd.

All abstracts will be up for the entire meeting. Authors are expected to present at their posters for only one time slot, according to the following schedule:

Monday, June 30th
7:00pm-11:30 pm
Presenters of all "EVEN" numbered posters

Tuesday, July 1st
7:00 pm-11:30 pm
Presenters of all "ODD" numbered posters

The Memorial Union will be open at the following times for poster viewing:
Monday, June 30th 8:00 am-11:00 pm
Tuesday, July 1st 8:00 am-11:00 pm
Wednesday, July 2nd Take down posters
