For events held in Memorial Union or Union South requiring special technological or entertainment needs, the Wisconsin Union offers a wide range of audiovisual and presentation equipment. Click here for a complete list of technology available.
Reserving Event Equipment#
Most equipment has an associated rental fee that covers delivery of the equipment to your meeting room, set up and removal following your event. Event Managers and Building Managers are available to assist you with your rented equipment use or answer any questions.
You are allowed to bring in your own equipment, but we do not provide technology support.
