Registration Services

We offer on-site staff coverage for registration from the start of your first conference event through the beginning of your last conference session. In addition to staffing the registration area, we also provide:

• Secure and reliable Internet registration via the conference web site

• On-site registration

• Preparation of participant registration packet including:

• Printing and assembling of name badges

• Conference program (unless included in an abstract book)

• Printing and administration of each participant receipt

• Wireless passes for all participants
