Schedule an Event

The grid below is a representation of current events scheduled. Room assignments are not finalized until one business day in advance and are subject to change. You may request a specific room for your event and we will make every effort to assign you to the requested room.

In order to accommodate as many requests as possible with the most efficiency, Central Reservations reserves the right to determine room assignments for all reservations.

Instructions:
1. Select your preferred building in the drop down menu. A new screen will load.

2. Select the start time for your request by clicking in the corresponding box.

Note: Once you select the start time, you will be asked to log-in to the RessNet system.

**IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE**

Due to the lack of cleared space on campus, beginning in Fall 2009 all weekly series cleared space reservations made through Central Reservations will be limited to the below blocks of time. Each group may reserve a total of three 90 minutes blocks or one 90 minute and one three hour block of time. Only two series may be in Memorial Union. Please make sure to list your second and third time choices in the comments section.
