Poster Sessions

Poster Numbers

Poster board dimensions: 3'8" (1.1 meters) high x 5'7" (1.7 meters) wide. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.

Posters can be set up starting at 8:00 am on Wednesday, July 14 and will be presented at 4:00 pm that day. Posters must be taken down by 7:00 pm Friday, July 16.

CONFERENCE DEADLINES:    

Abstract Submission:  Friday, May 21, 2010 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Lodging Reservations (via registration site): Monday, June 14, 2010
Payments: All charges must be paid in full by Monday, June 14, 2010
