Be Our Overnight Guest

When visiting campus, think of the Wisconsin Union Guestrooms for your overnight accommodations. Wake up to the beautiful views of Lake Mendota and the Union Terrace at Memorial Union. Stay in the heart of campus near Camp Randall at Union South. Call to make a reservation at (608)262-1583 for Memorial Union Guestrooms, or (608)263-2600 for Union South Guestrooms.

Comfortable Guestrooms
Each room has a private bath, air conditioning, cable TV, and a campus and local telephone. Most rooms at Memorial Union have two double beds and a view of Lake Mendota. Rooms at Union South have a queen-sized bed and fold-out/sofa bed.

Wisconsin Union Amenities
During your stay, you are invited to experience the Wisconsin Union. Enjoy your morning coffee with a newspaper at one of our many dining locations, try delicious Babcock ice cream at the Daily Scoop Deli, or buy Wisconsin wear at Essentials or the Corner Store. Attend Badger Bash before a football game. Relax in the sun on the Union Terrace, see a movie, go to a Theater event, or listen to free, live music.

Rates
Member rates apply to those who are currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, members of the Wisconsin Union and their guests. Free parking may be available during your stay.

Rates for the Suites and Lakeview Rooms are for 2 guests
Rates for Standard Rooms are for 1 guest.
One free parking pass per room per evening is included in the price.
-Exceptions: Special events such as Football games may have an additional fee.

Check-in
Guests may check-in at the Information Desk located on the first floor. Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am on the day of departure. (An exception may be made by the Hotel Coordinator) If you are planning to arrive after 10 pm, please contact the Information Desk staff for instructions regarding check-in procedures. The Information Desk staff or Hotel Coordinator are available to answer any questions during building hours.
