About Harvest Grains
Harvest Grains—located in Union South—provides an assortment of made-to-order flatbread sandwiches as well as soups and salads. In the spirit of a true hearth, this dining option uses baked-on-premises or locally sourced bread.
The culinary staff at the Wisconsin Union will incorporate Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares from a local farmer to create new specials every Friday called “CSA Specials.” The nature of CSA shares may limit the amount of specials we have available, but the chance to support local farmers and provide customers with the freshest ingredients will make each one valuable.
