Poster Information
Poster sessions will take place on the 4th floor of the Memorial Union (in the Great Hall and Reception Room) on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evening from 8pm – 11pm. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
Poster board dimensions: 3'8" (1.1 meters) high x 5'7" (1.7 meters) wide. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use. Posters will only be displayed for one night.
Poster Set-up: You may set-up your poster after 9am on the day you are presenting.
Poster Tear-down: You must remove your poster by 9am the morning following your poster presentation.
Any posters left behind are at risk of being destroyed when the boards are removed on Saturday afternoon.
There are a few spots still available for late posters. Please inquire at the registration desk on Tuesday, May 29th.
