    Cost: Free

One of the absolute worst, and therefore best cult, films of all time. A magnificent disaster of a movie where audience participation is encouraged. Must be seen to be believed, a one of a kind cinematic experience.

    Cost: FREE!
Location: Union South - Gallery 1308.

"I came to the village in winter. I lived in a basement with stone walls and stacks of liquor boxes filled with old books, gold leaf and marginalia. They distanced me from what came before. The snow melted and I was restless--I lived in a village of few. Then I found the mountain."<br>

  • "Comprise" by Craig Clifford

Date: 9/4/2015 at 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
    Cost: FREE!
Location: Memorial Union - Class of 1925 Gallery.

Craig Clifford's work is made by the assemblage of hundreds of slip-cast, kitschy forms to create texture that at first glance seems to be a mere surface, but gradually reveals itself as slices of recognizable imagery. Ceramics is often considered low art, and within ceramics, commercial plaster molds are seen as the lowest of the low because they require no skill or creativity and use cliched images to create crass novelty items.
