Instructions for Abstract Book advertisements:
For those in the Sponsor I category, please submit a "full-page" color advertisement in electronic format, preferably a jpeg document. The abstract book will be in 8.5 x 11 inch format; a full page ad will be approximately 8 x 11 (allowing a 0.5 inch space for binding). We may re-size the document slightly to accommodate margins and binding.
For those in the Sponsor II and III categories, please submit a "half-page" color advertisement in electronic format, preferably a jpeg document. The abstract book will be in 8.5 x 11 inch format; a half page ad will be approximately 5.5 x 8 inches (allowing a 0.5 inch space for binding). If your organization prefers a half-page advertisement in "vertical" format (e.g., ~4 x 11 inches), please let us know in advance. We may re-size the document slightly to accommodate margins and binding.
