Unpaid balances must be paid in full by Wednesday, December 29, 2010. If you fail to do so, your registration may be subject to cancellation. All forms of payment must be in US dollars. If your organization is tax exempt, the University of Wisconsin tax identification number is: 39-1805963.
CREDIT CARDS: Participants paying via credit card must submit payment of their registration fee at the time of registration. To make additional payments, please go to the Payment Link.
CHECKS: Checks can be made payable to: The Wisconsin Union-Zebrafish. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellations
Wisconsin Union Conference Services must receive cancellation notification in writing (sczi4@union.wisc.edu) no later than December 29, 2010. After this date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation notification is received on or before December 29, 2010, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $100.00 handling fee.
